The system allows you to Lock a CRF/Visit which has a Signed status (except for CRFs/Visits that have Removed and Signed statuses) Only data managers can Lock data. After you Lock a CRF/Visit CANNOT::

Go to a CRF which is signed Signed and not locked Locked → The system displays "a Lock" button.
After Locking you Lock successfully, the CRF has "a 
" icon icon next CRF its status.
When all CRFs in visit are locked → a Visit are Locked → the system automatically change changes the status of visit the Visit to "Locked".
