When a Subject has a CRF/CRFs or a Visit/Visits that need to be signed, the system displays a 
icon in the Actions column on the Subject Matrix screen.
Sign a CRF

Click on → the system goes to the Enter Data screen which displays all the CRFs that need to be signed.
Go inside the desired CRF and click Sign.
After signing successfully, the CRF has the Signed status.

On the Subject Matrix screen, click on a Completed or Skipped Visit which is not signed.
Click on Sign in the VIST INFO section.
