System allows to lock CRF/Visit which has "Signed" status (except for CRF/Signed has "Removed" and "Signed" status)

Only data manager can lock function

After locking CRF/Visit :

CANNOT:

- Edit or add new data into CRF
- Verify data
- Sign data
- Work with Note and Discrepancy

CAN :

Lock CRF manually

Go to a CRF which is signed and not locked → system displays "Lock" button

Image Added

After Locking successfully, CRF has "Image Added" icon next CRF status

When all CRFs in visit are locked → system automatically change status of visit to "Locked"

Go to a Visit which is signed and not locked → system displays "Lock" button

After locking a visit successfully, Visit's status is updated to "Locked" (Image Added) and all CRFs in this visit are "Locked"
