User click on "Query" tab in main menu, system open "View Note" page
In this page, user can
- Select column to display in table when click on "Select Column" link
If you want to view detail, click on "View" icon → system displays DN popup with detail of DN
If user view DN together with CRF, click on "View Within Record"→ system goes to "Enter data" screen of this CRF and displays DN in the CRF
