When subject has a CRF/CRFs or a Visit/Visits need to be signed, system displays 
iocn in Action column at Subject Matrix screen
Sign for a CRF

User click on "" → system goes to "Enter data" screen which displays all CRFs need to be signed

After signing successfully,
- CRF has "Signed" status
Sign for a Visit
...
Instead of clicking on as above described, user also can sign for a visit as below way
