System allows to lock CRF/Visit which has "Signed" status (except for CRF/Signed Visit has "Removed" and "Signed" status)

Only data manager can lock function

After locking CRF/Visit :

CANNOT:

- Edit or add new data into CRF
- Verify data
- Sign data
- Work with Note and Discrepancy

CAN :

...

When all CRFs in visit are locked → system automatically change status of visit to "Locked"

Lock Visit

...

Go to a Visit which is signed and not locked → system displays "Lock" button
