Nếu bạn mới bắt đầu sử dụng CRF Builder, hướng dẫn dưới đây sẽ giúp bạn tạo nhanh một CRF để có cái nhìn đơn giản nhất về CRF Builder và về cách tạo CRF với CRF Builder.

Truy cập vào màn hình CRF List thông qua menu chính (TASKS > Manage Data > CRFs)

Truy cập vào màn hình tạo mới CRF bằng việc click vào nút Create A New CRF.

Điền vào màn hình CRF với các thông tin sau:

• Name : Demographic Form
• Description: The statistical characteristics of human populations (such as age or income)

Ấn nút Next để tạo mới CRF

Tạo mới CRF Version

Sau khi tạo CRF thành công, chương trình tự động chuyển hướng người dùng sang màn tạo mới CRF Version.

• Name: Version 1 V1
• Description : First version of Demographic
• Revision Note : Init version

Ấn nút Next để truy cập vào giao diện CRF Builder để xây dựng các thành phần nhỏ hơn của CRF Version.

Tạo mới section bằng việc kéo thả Section từ khu vực New element

Kéo thả các group từ khung New Elements vào CRF Version Builder Layout.

Điền vào field Name trong group Editor

Tạo mới các Item

Bằng việc kéo thả các item vào với CRF Version Builder Layout, Lựa chọn item và điền các  thông số sau cho từng item mới được tạo:

• Date Of Birth
  • Name: DEM_DOB
  • Description: Subject's date of birth Date Of Birth
  • Data Type: Date
  • Left Item Text: Date Of Birth
  • Response Type: TEXT
  • Required: Yes

  • Description: Subject's gender DEM_GENDER
  • Data Type: INTEGER

      • Điền Label: Gender
      • Tạo thêm một tùy chọn nữa với nút (+)
      • Điền 1 vào Label, Male vào Text
      • Điền 2 vào Label, Female vào Text

Kiểm tra kết quả thực hiện

Nhấn nút Save & Preview để xem kết quả thu được sau khi khởi tạo CRF theo như mẫu thông tin thu thậpconfig form

Trong trường hợp trình duyệt block pop-up cần enable cho page.

Để sử dụng form cho việc thu thập dữ liệu của các CRF cần tick vào ô Public  và thực hiện save form.
