System The system allows you to lock Lock a CRF/Visit which has "a Signed" status (except for CRF/Visit has "Removed" and "Signed" statusCRFs/Visits that have Removed and Signed statuses)

Only data manager can lock function  managers can Lock data.

After locking you Lock a CRF/Visit:

CANNOT:  
  1. You can: view or remove a CRF
  2. You cannot:
    • Edit or add new data into CRF
    • Verify data
    • Sign data
    • Work with Note and Discrepancy

CAN :

    • View CRF
    • Remove CRF

Go to a CRF which is signed Signed and not locked Locked → The system displays "a Lock" button.

After Locking you Lock successfully, the CRF has "a " icon  icon next CRF its status.

When all CRFs in visit are locked → a Visit are Locked → the system automatically change changes the status of visit the Visit to "Locked".
