When subject a Subject has a CRF/CRFs or a Visit/Visits that need to be signed, the system displays displays a 
icon in the Actions column at on the Subject Matrix screen.

User click Click on "" → → the system goes to "Enter data" to the Enter Data screen which displays all the CRFs that need to be signed.
Go inside the desired CRF and click "Sign" button.
After signing successfully, the CRF has "the Signed" status.

Instead of clicking on as instructed above described, user you can also can sign for a visit as described below wayAt subject matrix .
On the Subject Matrix screen, User click on "a Completed" or "Skipped" Visit which is not signed signed.
User click Click on "Sign" button at "VIST INFOR" section

Sign in the VIST INFO section.
