If you want to enroll a subject for Study, select desired Study at "Select Study/Site" screen

How to enroll a subject into the system?
On the main menu, click on "Enroll" tab
Enter information for required fields:
General Information:
Study Subject ID: generated by one of three ways
- Auto-generated and Non-editable
Person ID:
- User must enter this field if the administrator configure in building study
- This field is hidden if administrator does not configure in building study
Secondary ID: sub-ID for subject if needed. This field is optional.
Enrollment Date: you can manually enter or select from the calendar
Sex of Subject: choose from the available options
Date of birth: you can manually enter or select from the calendar
Subject group class: to categorize Subjects within a Study, such as by treatment options
You must select subject group class for the subject if this field is required
You can select subject group class for the subject if this field is optional
You cannot see subject group class if the Study does not have subject group classes
After entering data, user have three options as below:
- Save And Assign Study Visit: Save the subject information and schedule a visit for the subject
- Save And Add next Subject: Save the subject information and add a new subject
- Save and Finish: Save the subject information and go to "Enter data" screen
Note: You can add Note and Discrepancy for some fields such as Enrollment Date, Date of birth, and Sex. (Refer to 14.Query.)
