You can see all Rules in the system by selecting Tasks > Manage Data > Rules
Each row displays information of the Rule such as:
- Name of CRF
- Item: on which the Rule is applied in the CRF
- Rule Expression
- Action Summary: Action types of Rules
- Action: functions for Rules such as: Edit, View, Run, Remove, Test, Download XML
Edit Rule: click on the Edit icon, the system navigates to the Rule Designer screen (16.3.2 Create Rules from Rule Designer) to edit Rules
View Rule: click on the View icon in the Actions column → the system displays all Rules for this Item. User can Run, Remove, Test, Edit for each Rule of the Item here.
Run Rule: refer to 16.2 How Rules Work
Remove Rule: click on the Remove icon → the system Removes the Rule → the Rule stops working but you can Restore it
Download XML: you can download Rules in an XML format by clicking on the Download XML icon in the Actions column.
