System allows to lock CRF/Visit which has "Signed" status (except for CRF/Visit has "Removed" and "Signed" status)

Only data manager can lock function  

After locking CRF/Visit :

CANNOT:  

    • Edit or add new data into CRF
    • Verify data
    • Sign data
    • Work with Note and Discrepancy

CAN :

    • View CRF
    • Remove CRF

Lock CRF manually

Go to a CRF which is signed and not locked → system displays "Lock" button

After Locking successfully, CRF has "" icon next CRF status

When all CRFs in visit are locked → system automatically change status of visit to "Locked"

Lock Visit manually

Go to a Visit which is signed and not locked → system displays "Lock" button


After locking a visit successfully, Visit's status is updated to "Locked" () and all CRFs in this visit are "Locked"
