If user want to enroll subject for Study, user select desired Study at "Select Study/Site" screen

If user want to enroll subject for Site, user select desired Site at "Select Study/Site" screen

How to enroll a subject into system?



In main menu, user click on "Enroll" tab


Enter information for required fields: 

General Information

Study Subject ID: is generated by one of three ways

    • Auto-generated and Non-editable

Person ID:

    • User must enter for this field if administrator configure in building study
    • This field is hidden if administrator does not configure in building study

Secondary ID: sub ID for subject

Enrollment Date: user can type or select from calendar

Sex of subject

Date of birth: user can type or select from calendar

Subject group classto categorize Subjects within a Study, such as for treatment options

User must select subject group class for subject in case this is required

User can select subject group class for subject in case this is optional

User cannot see subject group class  in case Study does not have subject group class

After entering data, user have three options as below :

  • Save And Assign Study Visit :Save subject information and schedule visit for subject
  • Save And Add next Subject : Save subject information and add new subject
  • Save and Finish:Save subject information and go to "Enter data" screen

Note: User can add Note and Discrepancy for some fields such as: Person ID, Enrollment Date, Date of birth, Sex. (Reference to 14.Query.)
