Overview

CheckPad allows separating study management into sites by geographical location.

CheckPad allows many configurations for each site

This guide consists of the following parts:

Site configuration information

For each site users can configure specific settings and can change some settings according to each CRFs in a visit:

View list of sites

To view list of sites:

  1. Access Build Study Page
  2. Select 'View' in Create Sites

Layout of Site List page: 

  1. Pagination if the number of sites exceeds 10
  2. Search site by site names
  3. View information of current study
  4. Return to Build Study Page
  5. List of sites including site information
  6. Functional buttons corresponding to sites

Create sites

Steps to create a site / site in study

  1. Access Build Study page
  2. Select the button to create site  (Add) in "Create Sites" row 
  3. Fill in configuration settings according to "Site configuration settings"
  4. Choose "Confirm Site" to create new site

Update site

  1. Access Sites List page
  2. Select the update button () of the site in the site table
  3. Fill in configuration settings according to "Site configuration settings"
  4. Choose "Confirm Site" to update site

Remove site

  1. Access Sites List page
  2. Select the remove button () corresponding to the site to be removed
  3. Confirm "Remove Site" to remove site

Recover removed site

  1. Access Sites List page
  2. Select the recover button () for one of the removed sites
  3. Confirm "Restore Site" to confirm action
