CheckPad allows separating study management into sites by geographical location.

CheckPad allows many configurations for each site

This guide consists of the following parts:

For each site users can configure specific settings and can change some settings according to each CRFs in a visit:

Site configuration settings:

Site Name		Maximum 100 characters
Unique Protocol ID		Maximum 30 characters
Secondary IDs		Can input many comma-separated IDs

Site Status For This Study		Select from one of the following: Pending Available Frozen Locked
When Performing Data Entry, Interviewer Name Required?		Select from one of the following: Yes No Not Used
Interviewer Name Default Value?		Select from one of the following: Blank Pre-Populated from active user
Interview Date Required?		Select from one of the following: Yes: Có No: Không bắt buộc Not Used: Không sử dụng
Interview Date Default Value?		Select from one of the following: Blank Pre-Populated from Study Visit:
Study Subject Id Prefix		Select 'Add' to add, to remove prefix Prefix must be capital letters, numbers or "_"

Editing Restriction	Default data entry role for CRF in visit	Choose from one of the roles inside a visit
