Trên thanh menu chính sẽ hiện thị các chức năng tương ứng với quyền của người dùng trong Site/Study

• Home: khi người dùng ở bất kỳ đâu trong hệ thống, chỉ cần nhấp chuột vào "Home" để quay trở lại Home Page của Study/ Site hiện tại
• Subject Matrix: là một bảng hiện thị thông tin các lần đến thăm khám của tất cả bệnh nhân trong Study/Site hiện tại. Ngoài việc người dùng có thể xem nhanh thông tin của các bệnh nhân ở subject matrix, người dùng còn có thể thực hiện các chức năng như điều hướng đến màn hình Enter data (nhập liệu)...vv
• Queries: là phần quản lý các Notes (chú thích) và Discrepancy (khác biệt) trong hệ thống để giúp người dùng có thể xác minh độ chính xác và đầy đủ của dữ liệu trong một thử nghiệm lâm sàng. Hệ thống sử dụng bộ công cụ để đánh dấu và theo dỗi các vấn đề phát sinh khi thu thập, giám sát và quản lý dữ liệu trong một nghiên cứu (Ví dụ như dữ liệu chưa chính xác hoặc chưa đầy đủ), để tạo điều kiện giao tiếp giữa người sử dụng (chẳng hạn như người nhập liệu và người giám sát) để giải quyết những vấn đề này.
• Report: Là báo cáo của hệ thống. Chương trình sẽ cho phép người dùng được tạo, xem và sửa các tham số trong báo cáo  

Tasks: là nhóm các chức năng người dùng có thể thực hiện, tùy vào phân quyền. Ví dụ người dùng muốn cài đặt một study thì vào In main menu, system displays features depend on your user role

• Home: Wherever you are in CheckPad, click Home to go to the home page for the current Study or Site
• Subject Matrix:The Subject Matrix is a table with Visit information for all Subjects in the current Study or Site. You can view, enter information for Subjects and their Visit in the Study. There is one Subject per row, with the Study Subject ID in the first column. The other columns are for each Visit Definition in the Study. Each cell contains a colored icon that identifies the status of Visits for the Study Subject
• Queries: Notes and Discrepancies provide query and discrepancy management capabilities to help you verify the accuracy and completeness of data in a clinical trial. Use this set of tools to raise and track issues that arise when capturing, monitoring, and managing data in a Study (such as incomplete or inaccurate data), and to facilitate communication between users (such as Clinical Research Coordinators and Monitors) to resolve these issues
• Report: user can create dataset with desired parameters 
• Tasks: is grouped some features into modules in the Tasks menu. Modules and items included in the Tasks menu depend on permissions for your user Role. Task > Build Study

Search Study Subject ID: người dùng có thể tìm bệnh nhân bằng cách gõ số ID của bệnh nhân trên thanh menu chính. 

• Nếu chương trình tìm được Subject ID theo chuỗi ký tự người dùng gõ vào thì sẽ hiện thị bên dưới Subject Matrix
• Nếu chương trình không tìm được Subject ID theo chuỗi ký tự người dùng gõ vào thì sẽ hiện thị thông báo
