- Site ID: code of Site
- Status: status of subject

- Secondary ID
- List all Visits in system: user can select some/all visits to display
- Actions column contain: Remove/Restore subject, Sign, Verify, Reassign

Navigation from Subject Matrix:
Khi người dùng click vào When user click on "Subject ID", hệ thống sễ điều hướng người dùng đến màn hình thông tin của Subject system navigates to Subject's information screen (3.2 Xem thông tin của Subject)Khi người dùng click vào một Visit thì hệ thống sẽ đưa người dùng đến màn hình thông tin của Visit đó và có thể nhập liệu cho các
CRF bên trong Visit When user click on Visit, system navigates to Visit Infor and then user can enter data for CRF in this visit (6. Enter Data (Nhập liệu))
Khi người dùng click vào các nút chức năng như When user click on "Sign" hay or "Verify" , hệ thống sẽ đưa người dùng đến màn hình "Enter Data" để thực hiện Sign và Verify icon, system navigates to "Enter data" screen to sign and verify data (8.1 Sign data cho CRF/ Visit,7. Verify Data )
Ngoài ra, người dùng có thể "Remove", "Restore" và Besides, user can "Remove/Restore" and "Reassign" một Subject nếu có quyền.Các nút chức năng trong cột "Action".Tham khảo : 11.
