4.Subject Matrix

Subject Matrix is a table to provide a quick view of Visits for all Subjects in the current Study/Site
Subject Matrix
Filter: filter Subjects by different criteria
Subject: filter by Subject ID Type Subject ID then press on APPLY |  |
| Site ID: find all Subjects in a Site by typing the code of that Site |  |
| Status: filter by status |  |
| Sex: filter by sex |  |
You can reset all entered criteria by clicking on Clear
Toogle Columns: select columns to display
You can select columns to display in Subject Matrix:
- Subject: Subject ID
- Site ID: code of Site
- Status: status of Subject
- Sex
- Secondary ID
- List all Visits in system: you can select some/all Visits to display
- Actions column contains: Remove/Restore Subject, Sign, Verify, Reassign
Icons: display status of Visit

Navigation from Subject Matrix:
When you click on Subject ID, the system navigates to the Subject Information screen (3.2 View Subject Information)
When you click on Visit, the system navigates to Visit Info where you can enter data for CRF in this visit (6. Enter Data)
When you click on the Sign or Verify icon, the system navigates to the Enter Data screen to sign and verify data (7. Verify Data, 8. Sign Data)
Besides, you can Remove/Restore and Reassign Subjects (11. Remove a CRF/Visit/Subject, 12. Restore a CRF/Visit/Subject., 3.5 Reassign Subject )
