Data for a Visit

At subject matrix, user In the Subject Matrix, navigate to visit a Visit which has "a Completed" or "Skipped" status and has been not verified Verified or locked Locked.
Click on legal visit, system navigate to VISIT INFOR a qualified Visit, then the system navigates to the VISIT INFO section
- In case all CRFs in this visit is not locked (Except for verified and locked CRF), system displays "Verify" button
System does not display "verify" button in a visit which has many CRFs but the CRFs have locked and unverified status
User can verify in a visit which has removed form
After verifying a visit successfully:
- System shows "
"icon in visit status - All CRFs in visit arer "Verified_" ( Except for "Not Applicable" and "Removed" CRF)
...
- Visit are not Locked, the system displays a Verify button.
- The system does not display a Verify button in a visit when all of the CRFs have both the Locked and Unverified statuses.
- You can verify a Visit even when it has a Removed CRF.
After you successfully Verify a visit,
- The system shows a icon in the Visit status.
- All CRFs in the visit are Verified with the icon (except for Not Applicable and Removed CRFs)
Automatic Verification of a Visit

When all CRFs (which has "100% required and Partial required" typeare 100% Required or Partially Required) in a visit have "Verified" status statuses, the system auto change automatically changes the status of visit the Visit to "Verified". The CRFs (which have "that are Not Applicable" và " and Not Required") don't impact to do not impact the status of visit . Feature of CRF the Visit.
