In the Subject Matrix, navigate to a visit Visit which has a Completed or Skipped status and has been not Verified or Locked.

Click on a qualified visitVisit, then the system navigates to the VISIT INFO section

  • In case all CRFs in this visit Visit are not locked Locked, the system displays a Verify button.

  • The system does not display a Verify button in a visit when all of the CRFs have both the Locked and Unverified statuses. 
  • You can verify a visit Visit even when it has a Removed CRF. 

After verifying you successfully Verify a visit successfully:,

  • The system shows a   icon in the visit Visit status.  
  • All CRFs in the visit are Verified with the icon  (except for Not Applicable and Removed CRF CRFs)

Verification of a Visit

When all CRFs (which are 100% Required or Partially Required) in a visit have Verified statuses, the system automatically changes the status of the visit Visit to Verified. The CRFs that are Not Applicable and Not Required do not impact the status of the visitVisit. Features of CRFs such as 100% Required, Partially Required, Not Applicable, and Not Required are set up when building the study Study CRF (contact the administratorAdministrator). (Refer to 7.1 Verify data Data for a CRF)
