Only data manager can restore CRF/Visit/Subject which is Removed previously
Note: User cannot restore CRF/Visit which has "Auto-Removed" status
Restore a CRF
Go to a CRF which has "Removed" status → system displays "Restore" button
After restoring successfully: CRF has "Initial Data Entry" status (
) and automatically unsigned if CRF was signed previously
Restore a Visit
Go to a Visit which has "Removed" status→ System displays "Restore" button
After restoring successfully :
- Visit has "Data Entry Started" status (
) and unsigned" if Visit was signed previously - All CRFs have "Initial Data Entry" status () and unsigned if Visit was signed previously
Restore a Subject
Data manager can restore a Subject which has "Removed" status
Có hai cách để Restore Subject :
- Trong màn hình Subject matrix
- Trong màn hình Subject Information
Cách 1: Restore Subject từ màn hình Subject matrix, người dùng click chuột vào biểu tượng "
" trong cột Actions
Cách 2: Restore Subject từ màn hình "Subject Information", người dùng click chuột vào nút "Remove" trong cột Actions
Sau khi restore :
- Tất cả các Visit của subject có trạng thái "Data Entry Started" () và mất trạng thái "Signed" nếu nó đã được "Signed" trước đó
- Tất cả các CRF trong các Visit có trạng thái "Initial Data Entry" () và mất trạng thái "Signed" nếu nó đã được "Signed" trước đó
