12. Restore a CRF/Visit/Subject.
Only data managers can Restore a CRF/Visit/Subject which has been Removed.
Note: You cannot Restore a CRF/Visit which has an Auto_Removed status.
Restore a CRF
Go to a CRF which has a Removed status → the system displays a Restore button.
After you Restore successfully, the CRF has an Initial Data Entry status (
Restore a Visit
Go to a Visit which has a Removed status → The system displays a Restore button.
After you Restore successfully:
- The Visit has a Data Entry Started status ( ) and is automatically Unsigned if the Visit was Signed previously.
- All CRFs have Initial Data Entry statuses ( ) and is automatically Unsigned if the Visit was Signed previously.
Restore a Subject
Data manager can restore a Subject which has "Removed" status
There are two ways to Restore a Subject :
- From the Subject Matrix screen
- On the Subject Information screen
Option 1: Restore a Subject from the Subject Matrix screen. Click on the icon on the Actions column.
Option 2: Restore a Subject on the Subject Information screen. Click on Restore at the bottom of the page.
After you Restore successfully,
- All Visits of the Subject have Data Entry Started statuses ( ) and are automatically Unsigned if they are Signed previously
- All CRFs in all Visits have Initial Data Entry statuses ( ) and are automatically Unsigned if they are Signed previously.
