If an user forgets their password, CheckPad allows the user to reset their password with the password challenge question and currently email.
Once all fields has been completed, user selects 
. The requested information will be emailed to the user if all fields matches the system's record.
If an user cannot complete the required field, they can contract the system's admin to reset their password.
