Exporting data via dataset

Overview

Dataset is a component to determine what data to be exported in a study. 

User can create many datasets for different purposes. For example: export test data,  export side effects data and medication used. 

View datasets in study

Accessing Datasets List

From main menu choose Extract Data > View Datasets

Layout of Dataset List

1. Pagination: if the number of datasets exceed 10
2. Search datasets by name
3. Show Only My Dataset
4. Create dataset: 
5. Dataset Table:
6. Actions buttons:
   1. View dataset
   2. Edit dataset
   3. Remove dataset
   4. Export dataset
   5. Recover dataset

View a Dataset in a Study/Site

User click on "View" in the "Actions" column of the selected dataset → system displays information of that dataset

Update a Dataset in a Study/Site

User can edit a dataset by clicking on "Edit Dataset"

Export dataset

Click on "Export This Dataset" 

Remove/Restore Dataset

Remove by clicking  

Restore by
