Subject Matrix: is table to provide quick view of visit for all subject in current Study/Site

Subject Matrix



Filter: filter subject by different criteria 


Subject: filter by Subject ID

User type Subject ID then press on "APPLY" button

Site ID: find all subjects in a site by typing code of site
Status: filter by status
Sex: filter by sex

User can reset all entered criteria by clicking on "Clear" button

Toogle Columns: select columns to display 

User can select columns to display in Subject Matrix:

  • Subject: Subject ID
  • Site ID: code of Site
  • Status: status of subject
  • Sex 
  • Secondary ID
  • List all Visits in system: user can select some/all visits to display
  • Actions column contain: Remove/Restore subject, Sign, Verify, Reassign  

Icons: display status of Visit

Scheduled

Data Entry Started

Completed

Skipped

Removed

Auto Removed

  • Sub Icon: 

Signed

Verified

Frozen

Locked

  • Sub icon: 

New: Query/Failed Validation Check

Resolution Proposed: Query/Failed Validation Check

Updated: Query/Failed Validation check

Navigation from Subject Matrix:

When user click on "Subject ID", system navigates to Subject's information screen (3.2 View Subject's Information)

When user click on Visit, system navigates to Visit Infor and then user can enter data for CRF in this visit (6. Enter data)

When user click on "Sign" or "Verify" icon, system navigates to "Enter data" screen to sign and verify data (7. Verify data8. Sign data)

Besides, user can "Remove/Restore" and "Reassign" Subject (11. Remove CRF/ Visit/ Subject12. Restore a CRF/Visit/Subject.
