Only data manager can restore CRF/Visit/Subject which is Removed previously

Note: User cannot restore CRF/Visit which has "Auto-Removed" status

Restore a CRF


Go to a  CRF which has "Removed" status → system displays "Restore" button

After restoring successfully: CRF has  "Initial Data Entry" status () and automatically unsigned if CRF was signed previously

Restore a Visit


Go to a Visit which has "Removed" status→ System displays "Restore" button

After  restoring successfully :

  • Visit has "Data Entry Started" status () and unsigned" if Visit was signed previously
  • All CRFs have "Initial Data Entry" status () and unsigned if Visit was signed previously

Restore a Subject


Data manager can restore a Subject which has "Removed" status

There are two ways to restore a Subject :

  1. Restore from Subject matrix screen
  2. Restore from Subject Information screen

First way: Restore a Subject from Subject matrix, user click on "" icon in "Actions" column

Second way: Restore a Subject from "Subject Information" screen, user click on "Remove" button in  "Actions" column

After restoring successfully :

  • All visits of subject has "Data Entry Started" status () and automatically unsigned if they are signed previously
  • All CRFs in all visits have "Initial Data Entry" status() and automatically unsigned if they are signed previously
  • No labels
