CRFs are Automatically Removed Verification

Case 1: Edit data in a CRF which has a Verified and Editable status (conditions: the CRF is 100% Required or Partially Required)

Go to a CRF which is Verified and Editable, edit data then press on Save → the  icon disappears and the CRF still has the Completed status.


Case 2: Remove a Verified CRF 

Go to a Verified CRF, press on Remove → the  icon disappears and the CRF has a Removed status.


Case 3: Undo Skip a CRF which is Skipped, Verified and Editable

Go to a CRF which has Skipped, Verified and Editable statuses, press on Undo Skip → the  icon disappears and the CRF has an Initial Data Entry status.


Case 4: Clear a CRF which is Completed, Verified and Editable

Go to a CRF which has Skipped, Verified and Editable statuses, press on Clear → the  icon disappears and the CRF has an Initial Data Entry status.


Note: When you change the type of the CRF in buiding study, the CRF is automatically Removed Verification. 

Visits are Automatically Removed Verification

A Visit automatically loses its Verified status when at least one CRF in the Visit is Removed Verification (See above). Besides, a Visit automatically loses its Verified status in some other cases.

Case 1: Remove a Visit which is Verified →  the  icon disappears.


Case 2: Undo Skip a Visit which is Skipped, Verified and Editable →  the  icon disappears.
