7.3 Remove Verification

In a Verified CRF/Visit, you can Remove Verification. 

Remove Verification at CRF Level 

Go to a CRF which is Verified and not Locked. The system displays a Remove Verification button.


After you click on this button, the  icon of the CRF disappears.

Remove Verification at Visit Level

Go to a Visit which is Verified and not Locked. The system displays a Remove Verification button.


After you click on this button, the  icons of the Visit as well as all of the CRFs within the Visit disappear (including CRFs that are Not Required but have been Verified previously).
