View and edit profile information

Users can view and edit profile information by clicking on the User Icon > My Profile
User can edit the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email: This email will be used by the system to send communications
- Institutional Affliation
- Default Active Study: The default study after login
- Password Challenge Question: Secret question used to reset forgotten password
- Password Challenge Answer: the answer corresponding to the password challenge question
- Password:
- To change the current password, user needs to tick 'Update Password'
- The system will display a diaglogue requiring user to input the old password, the new password and confirm the new password
- Phone: Change the current phone number
After pressing on 'Confirm Profile Changes', user will be redirected to confirm action.
