Study Subject Status

A Study Subject has multiple statuses. Below is the list of statuses of a study subject and their meanings: 

Available

Meaning: Study subject is ready for user to perform actions to relating to the study

Information: 

• This is the most common status of the subject when the study is being conducted
• Can take any actions on the subject with this status if the user has the appropriate permissions

Signed

Meaning: All the data of the study subject has been signed

Information:

• This is the most common status at the end of the study
• In this status all the data related to the subject has been signed as accurate

Removed

Meaning: The subject has been removed from the study

Information:

• Subject with 'Available' or 'Signed' as status can be removed by Data Manager
• Data of the subject is still stored if the subject has been automatically removed
• Can restore removed subjects and their data
• After restoring a subject, user needs to mark complete, verify (SDV) and sign the subject's data again

Auto-removed

Meaning: If the study has been removed by the admin, all study subjects are automatically removed.
