Study Status

A study can have multiple statuses which conveys different information and purposes

Design

Meaning: Study is being designed and build

Information: 

• Default state upon creation of study
• Cannot add study subjects into the study at this stage
• After the study has been built, the status switches to Available

Available

Meaning: Study has been built. Data for the study is being collected

Information:

• Can perform most of the actions relating to the study

Frozen

Meaning: No actions can be taken regarding the data except to close Discrepancy Notes

Locked

Meaning: No actions can be taken regarding the data or Discrepancy Notes

Removed

Meaning: Study has been removed by the admin
