The study audit trail screen allows user to search and access the audit trail of every study subject.

View a study subject's audit trail from Enter Data

The entire data update of a study subject is recording in the corresponding Audit Trails. 

User can view this information by clicking the 'Audit Trails' link on the study subject information page.

Audit Trail records all changes to a study subject's data. Information displayed in an audit trail includes:

Audit Trail for Each Study Subject

Information and updates to study subject

Brief information of study subject

Updates relating to the study subject's information and statuses

List of visits of study subject

Information and updates to visits

Current information of visit

Updates to statuses of visits

Information and updates to data fields and statuses visit CRFs in each visit
