1. Log in System

Log In to CheckPad


To access CheckPad, go to the CheckPad login page on your web browser. Enter your user name and password then click on LOGIN

Forget Password


If you forget your password, click on Forget Password?

Fill in the information for the required fields then click on SUBMIT PASSWORD REQUEST

  • Case 1: if you enter correct information, the system sends a successful message and sends the password to the entered email 
  • Case 2: if you enter incorrect information, the system displays a warning message so that you can re-enter the information or contact the Administrator.  

Reset Password in The First Login


You have to change the password in the first login. Enter information in the required fields then click on CHANGE PASSWORD

  • Case 1: After changing password successfully, you can go to Homepage according to your role
  • Case 2: If you enter incorrect information, the system displays a warning message  

If this function is NOT configured in buidling your study, you don't need to change your password in the first login. You can directly go to the Change Study/Site page.

Update User Profile


You can update your profile by clicking on My Profile shown as the image below. The update screen will then show up. 


You can update: 

  • First Name/ Last Name
  • Email address
  • Default active study
  • Password challenge question
  • Update password: when you check Yes
  • Phone number

Select Confirm Profile Changes to save changes.

Select Site/Study


After loging in successfully, the system allows user to select Site/Study 

After selecting the desired Site/Study, you will go to Homepage according to your role.

Log Out


To log out, follow the steps as shown in the image below.
