13. Perform Batch Actions

From the Enter Data screen, you can Skip, Verify, Sign, Remove, Restore, Undo Skip, Freeze, Lock, Enable Editing,... multiple CRFs/Visits at the same time.

Note: When you select one or more CRFs/Visits to do actions (Skip, Complete,Verify, Freeze, ...), only qualified CRFs/Visits are changed statuses.

For example, when you verify CRFs/Visits and select CRFs/Visits which have Initial Data Entry and Completed statuses → the system only allows verification of CRFs/Visits that are Completed, while CRFs/Visits having Initial Data Entry statuses stay the same.


From the Enter Data screen, press on Go To Batch Action to go to BATCH ACTION screen.


Perform Batch Actions on CRFs

After clicking on Go To Batch Action button, the system goes to BATCH ACTION screen with the CRF Mode view. The system displays all CRFs other than those with the Not Started status.


You can select:

  • One CRF
  • Multiple CRFs or all CRFs in one Visit
  • Multiple CRFs in multiple Visits
  • All CRFs in all Visits

After you select the CRFs, the system displays functional buttons according to the selected CRFs and your user role in the Site/Study.

  • Press on functional buttons to perform actions on multiple CRFs
  • Note: You can find desired CRFs by using filters in the left menu.

Perform Batch Actions on Visits

After you click on Go To Batch Action button, the system goes to BATCH ACTION screen. Select Visit Mode view → the system displays all Visits with their statuses. 



Select one or more Visits → the system displays functional buttons according to the selected Visits and your user role in the Site/Study.

  • Press on functional buttons to perform actions on multiple Visits.
