User Rights

User rights in CheckPad

CheckPad assign user rights based on the role of the user on the system. Each user role has different access permissions and control rights.

Below is the list of user roles in CheckPad:

Role		Responsibility
Study	Site	Responsibility
Data Manager		Responsible for building and managing the study, has most permissions except signing data Data Manager, Study Director have the same permissions but differ in name
Study Director
Monitor	Monitor	User is responsible for monitoring data entry
Data Specialist	Investigator	User assigned by sponsor to be responsible for monitoring and verifying the collected data via signing the data.
Data Entry Person	Clinical Research Coordinator	User responsible for data entry for the study.
