8.2 Auto Unsign Data
CRFs are Automatically Unsigned
Case 1: Edit data in a CRF which has a Signed and Editable status (conditions: the CRF is 100% Required or Partially Required)
Go to a CRF which is Signed and Editable, edit data then press on Save → the CRF loses its Signed status.
Case 2: Remove a Signed CRF
Go to a Signed CRF, press on Remove → the CRF loses its Signed status.
Case 3: Restore a CRF which is Removed and Signed
Go to a Removed and Signed CRF, press on Restore → the CRF loses its Signed status.
Case 4: Undo Skip a CRF which is Skipped and Signed
Go to a CRF which has Skipped and Signed statuses, press on Undo Skip → the CRF loses its Signed status
Visits are Automatically Unsigned
A Visit automatically loses its Signed status when at least one CRF in the Visit is Unsigned (See above). Besides, a Visit automatically loses its Signed status in some other cases:
Case 1: Remove a Visit which has a Signed status → the status of the Visit is changed to Removed and Unsigned
Case 2: Restore a Visit which is Removed and Signed → the status of the Visit is changed to Data Entry Started and Unsigned
Case 3: Undo Skip a Visit which is Skipped and Signed → the status of the Visit is changed to Data Entry Started and Unsigned.
