Within the CheckPad system, a CRF contains the data of that CRF and all CRF versions belonging to that CRF.
CRF Data Fields

Create new CRF
From the screen List CRF > Create a New CRF
Fill in basic information of CRF form; Create a new CRF by clicking Next
Data fields needs to follow the rules of a CRF, with an unique name
In the event of an error, the system will inform the user so that the user can correct the error.
Edit CRF
Select "Edit CRF" from the "CRF List" interface. The "Edit CRF" page is as follows:
Begin editing fields to satisfy the requirements of a CRF. In the event of an error, the system will inform the user so that the user can correct the error.
Other notes
You cannot delete a CRF or change the OID of a successfully created CRF
