SDV Status

SDV Status

SDV (Source Data Verification) Status is used to verify if a Visit CRF or Visit has collected data that matches the source data.

SDV Status has 2 statuses:

  • Not verified
  • Verified: Data has been verified to match source data

A Visit CRF can only be changed to 'Verified' status once its data entry status is 'Completed' or 'Skipped' (2 final data entry statuses).

'Verified' status will change into 'Not Verified' if there are changes to the data of Visit CRFs.

Verified statuses of visit CRFs makes up the 'Verified' status of the visit containing those Visit CRFs.

  • When a visit is defined, study builder will determine visit CRFs to be verified in a visit at different levels:
    • 100% Required
    • Partially Required
    • Not Required
    • Not Applicable
  • A visit is marked as 'Verified' once all Visit CRFs marked as 100% Required or Partial Required have 'Verified' status.
