Signatures Status

Signatures Status represents the confirmation of Data Specialist/Investigator of the accuracy of the data in a clinical trial

Signatures Status Group has 2 statuses: 

• Not Signed
• Signed

'Signed' status only applies to Visit CRFs, Visit, or Study Subjects that have finished data entry (completed, skipped) or removed. 

'Signed' status will automatically switch to 'not signed' once there is any change to the data in a Visit CRF, Visit or Study Subject. 

A Visit has 'Signed' as status if all Visit CRFs in that visit have 'Signed' status

A study subject has 'signed' as status if all the visits of the study subject has 'Signed' as status
