Editable Status

Editable Status status represents the actions that can be taken with a Visit CRF.

Editable Status Group has 3 statuses: 

• Editable: The default status allows updating of data and taking actions on visit CRFs
• Frozen: Updating forms' data is not allowed
• Locked: Updating form's data and taking actions such as changing SDV status, Signed status are not allowed

Frozen only applies to Visit CRF with completed data entry.

Locked can only be used if Visit CRFs have completed data entry and have been signed. 

A visit will be in 'Frozen' status if all Visit CRFs has 'Locked' or 'Frozen' as status. A Visit will be in 'Locked' status if all Visit CRFs has 'Locked' status.
