6.2 Status of Visit when Entering Data
The status of a Visit is the combination of all CRFs in this Visit

Functions in a Visit
User can Complete a Visit
When a Visit has at least one completed CRF and you no longer want to enter data for other CRFs, you can click on Complete at the VISIT INFO section.
Conditions to complete a Visit: The Visit has a Data Entry Started status and has at least one completed CRF
After successfully completing a visit,
- The CRFs (which are completed or skipped previously) keep their statuses
- The statuses of other CRFs (which are Not Started and Initial Data Entry) in the visit are changed to Skipped
User can Skip a Visit
In case you cannot collect data or the Subject cancels a Visit, you can skip this Visit.
Conditions to skip a visit: Visit has a Scheduled or Initial Data Entry status and there is no completed CRF.
After you click on Skip, the system will change the status of the Visit to Skipped and all CRFs in the Visit will have the status Skipped.
User can Undo Skip a Visit
In a Skipped Visit, you can click on Undo Skip to enter data for all CRFs in the Visit
After you Undo Skip, the visit has a Data Entry Started status and all CRFs in the Visit have Initial Data Entry statuses.
