6.1 Enter Data into a CRF
After scheduling (5. Schedule Visit), you can start entering data.
Three Ways to Enter Data
Option 1: Press on Proceed to Enter Data after scheduling a visit (5. Schedule Visit)
Option 2: In the Subject Matrix, click on your desired visit → the system navigates to VISIT INFO where you can enter data for the CRF in this Visit
Option 3: Click on Subject ID from Subject Matrix → the system navigates to Subject Information screen, where you can click on the CRF of this Subject and then enter data
Process to Enter Data into a CRF
Steps | Functions | Icon |

Step 1 | If you have never touched on CRF → CRF has a Not Started status | |
Step 2 | When you click on the CRF → the system automatically changes the status of the CRF to Initial Data Entry | |
Step 3 | Enter data for CRF, then press on Save → the status of the CRF is Initial Data Entry | |
Step 4 | When you have filled in all the data in the CRF and data pass all Edit Checks → press on Save & Mark as Completed → the system changes the status of the CRF into Completed | |
Step 5 | After data are saved into the system, press on Clear to clear data → the system clears all the entered data and the status of the CRF is Initial Data Entry | |
Step 6 | In case there are no data for the CRF, you can open the CRF then skip it by clicking on Skip → the system will change the status of the CRF to Skipped | |
Step 7 | When the CRF has a Skipped status, you can Undo Skip to enter data → the system changes the status of the CRF to Initial Data Entry | |
Step 8 | When you don't need data in a CRF, or don't want to display this data on the report, you can Remove the CRF by clicking on Remove → the system changes the status of the CRF to Removed | |
Step 9 | You can print a CRF by clicking on Print |
