Studies Management

The CheckPad system allows user to manage multiple studies on the system at the same time.

To manage studies, you need to access the management screen with the admin account.

Monitor Management Screen

Screen layout:

  • Pagination: if the number of studies exceed 10
  • Lookup Study: Search a study by name
  • Create New Study:
  • Study Table: List of studies and their information, sites, actions which can be taken with each study/site respectively.

Create a new study

The process of creating a new study:

  • Go to the Administer Study screen.
  • Select "Create A New Study"
  • Complete the study's information (The information will be presented in more detail in the building study)
  • Select "Save" to create the study

Remove/recover study

To remove a study:

  • Select the study to be removed
  • Confirm removal of study

Recover removed studies:

  • Select study to recover from list of removed studies
  • Confirm recovery of study
