3.2 View Subject Information

In the Subject Matrix, click on Subject ID to view the Subject information

Subject information contains:

VISIT IN STUDY: displays information of subject visits

• Visit Name 
• Status of Visit
• Start Date, End date of Visit
• Location: the location of the Visit 
• CRFs: number of CRFs for each Visit

SUBJECT GROUPS: display the group in which the Subject is assigned

SUBJECT INFO: 

Standard Information:

• Subject status in the system
• Date of Birth  
• Sex
• Date Created: the date when the Subject is successfully enrolled in the system 
• Date Last Updated: the last time the Subject information is updated

General Information:

• Study Subject ID 
• Secondary ID
• OID (Object Identifier) is unique for subject in Study( usually used in extract data or import data)
• Status: Subject status in the Study
• Enrollment Date: the date when the Subject is successfully enrolled in the system 
  

Study & Site Information: Study/Site in which the Subject is assigned
