Verify Data from the SDV Screen

Verify data for a CRF

Select Tasks > Manage Data > Source Data Verification. View By Visit CRF is the default view.

• The system displays all Completed/Skipped CRF to verify
• You can view details of the CRF by clicking on the green icon in the CRF Status column
• You can verify one CRF by checking the box in the SDV Status column then click on the SDV button (see the image below)
• You can verify many CRFs at the same time by checking the boxes in the SDV Status column then click on the SDV ALL CHECKED button.

Verify data for a Subject

Select Tasks > Manage Data > Source Data Verification > View By Subject ID

• The system displays all subjects in the system (including subjects having no CRFs that need to be verified)
• The system displays the number of verified CRFs and the number of CRFs which has been not verified

Click on View, system displays all CRFs which need to be verified in this Subject

For a Subject that has all CRFs qualified for verification → the system displays a  icon in the SDV Status column. You can check this box then click on the SDV button to verify all the data of this Subject.

Remove Verification from the SDV Screen

Uncheck the  icon in the SDV Status column → the system removes the Verified status for that CRF/Subject.
